Meet Bianca Elise: an OSHA-certified, 11x Certified Permanent Makeup (PMU) Artist with 25+ years in portrait fine arts, 9 years in nursing, and over 8 years specializing in Permanent Makeup. With her warmth, patience, and genuine kindness, Bianca is driven by a passion to empower and transform women, one beautiful outcome at a time.

In 2017, Bianca co-founded Brow Beat Studios LLC—a semi-permanent makeup salon that continues to thrive in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Through her journey of building Brow Beat Studios Advanced Microblading Dallas, she not only mastered the art of permanent makeup but also discovered the power of personal connections that fuel a business’s long-term success

In Bianca’s words:

“As women navigating a fast-paced world, we often find ourselves putting careers, family, and everyone else ahead of us. Recognizing this, I set out to create a luxury-focused business where women could feel pampered and cherished and know that their choices here contribute to a greater good.

Throughout my art career, giving back to charities—especially those supporting women and children like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Dress for Success—has always been close to my heart. Unfortunately, while building Brow Beat, there wasn't room to directly support these causes, and I felt a need to fill this gap.

That calling led me to create Union Beauty Lab—a place where my artistic passion and dedication to the community come together. Here, I don’t just provide expert permanent makeup services; I answer a personal call to support local women.

Union Beauty Lab is an upscale space offering semi-permanent and permanent cosmetic services. Our mission extends beyond brows, eyeliner, and lips; we aim to restore confidence and dignity with services like areola restoration for breast cancer survivors, scar camouflage, and hairline reconstruction for women post-chemo.
