An OSHA-certified, 15x Certified Permanent Makeup Artist with over 25 years of portrait fine arts experience and a background in nursing, Bianca brings a deep understanding of both aesthetic design and client care to every service. She is a proud member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) and was honored to speak at the SPCP’s annual convention on best practices for treating diverse skin tones in PMU, a reflection of her belief that beauty should be inclusive and welcoming to all.

Known for her natural, beautifully healed results and her personalized approach, Bianca works exclusively with a select number of private clients each month. With warmth, patience, and genuine kindness, she believes in empowering and transforming women, one beautiful outcome at a time.

Every set of brows is designed by Bianca’s hand, never passed off, never rushed. Her deep understanding of skin undertones, facial structure, and pigment behavior ensures results that enhance and elevate your unique beauty.

In Bianca’s words:

“As women navigating a fast-paced world, we often put careers, family, and everyone else ahead of ourselves. When I created Union Beauty Lab, I wanted it to be more than a studio. I wanted it to be a space where women could invest in their own beauty, confidence, and well-being without apology.

Throughout my journey as an artist and nursing, giving back to women has always been close to my heart. Whether I’m helping a client feel more like herself again after breast cancer, restoring confidence after trauma, or creating beautifully natural brows and lips, my purpose is always the same: to serve with artistry, compassion, and care.

At Union, every appointment is personal. Every face I touch represents a life, a story, and a chance to help someone feel seen. That’s why, in addition to brows, lips, and skin, I continue to offer restorative services such as areola restoration and scar camouflage for those walking through life beyond the typical beauty appointment.
