Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

Life happens. We understand that sometimes schedules shift — all we ask is that you keep us in the loop. Clear communication ensures we can continue offering you the polished, luxury experience you deserve.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
72-Hour Courtesy Window: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: Changes made within 72 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Call/No-Show: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Credits on file are forfeited.
Reschedules
A maximum of two (2) reschedules is allowed per client.
After two reschedules, a non-refundable $75 deposit will be required to book future appointments or multiple services.
Deposits will only be honored as a credit if the 72-hour cancellation policy is met.
Credits are valid for one year from the original appointment date.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
If an appointment is canceled late or missed, deposits are forfeited.
Training Academy
Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward training materials.
Training deposits remain valid for one calendar year.
