CANCELLATION POLICY
The past 2 years have been full of Sass and Unknowns around every corner. However, give us a call should you need to reschedule, postpone, or cancel š±.
Simply stated: Just Communicate!
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Cancellations must be done at a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment date/time.
Late Cancellations:
Any cancellations that occur within the 72 hour period before your scheduled appointment time will incur a charge totaling 50% of your scheduled services.
No Call/No Show:
A "No Call/No Show" to your scheduled appointment will incur a charge totaling 100% of your scheduled services. If there is an existing credit on file after one (1) reschedule, the credit is also forfeited.
Reschedules:
Please note the limit of two (2) reschedules per client. If there is an existing credit on file after two (2) reschedules, the credit is also forfeited.
Deposit Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Please note the limit of two (2) reschedules per client.
After two (2) reschedules, an additional non-refundable deposit of $75 is required when scheduling future appointments, appointments following consultations, and appointments with multiple services.
If the rescheduled appointment results in a "no call/no show" or late cancellation, the additional $75 deposit is also forfeited.
The deposit(s) will only be honored as a credit to be applied to future services if the 72-hour cancellation window is met.
All credits are honored for one year from the original appointment date.
TRAINING ACADEMY refund policy:
All deposits are non refundable and go toward your materials. Your deposit will be honored for one calendar year.
