ABOUT UNION BEAUTY LAB

Union Beauty Lab is the newest location launched by entrepreneur and brow artist Bianca Elise. At her core, Bianca is a spirited portrait artist with over 20 years of experience in the creative arts. Warm, patient and kind, Bianca is motivated to transform lives one woman at a time.

In 2017 she partnered to form Brow Beat Studios LLC, a semi-permanent cosmetics salon that still flourishes in the DFW metroplex. While growing Brow Beat Studios Advanced Microblading Dallas, Bianca learned about running a successful business, and most importantly, the personal relationships that keep businesses growing and thriving.

“As women in a fast paced world, we sometimes have the tendency to forget about ourselves and put our careers and others ahead of us.

Knowing this, I desired to start a business that was luxury-minded with the primary purpose of pampering and nurturing women while also giving back to local women’s and children’s charities such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters and Dress for Success.

During my art career, there was always an active charity component that focused primarily on children’s and women’s charities. But unfortunately due to the way we structured Brow Beat there was never any room to contribute to charities either monetarily or physically, and while I loved what I was doing, not having the ability to contribute a charity left me feeling like I had a deficit that needed to be filled.

At my core, I craved a way to continue to use my artistic gifts while pampering and serving the community around me. This lead to the creation of Union Beauty Lab.

Union Beauty Lab is a culmination of my creativity, need to serve not only the wonderful women in my community, but it also answers the call in my heart to be more active in the charitable capacity.

Union Beauty Lab is an upscale facility that provides semi-permanent and permanent cosmetic services while giving back. Our goal is to go beyond delivering expertly designed lashes and brows, and by the summer of 2020 offer additional services that align with the heart and body.

These services include areola restoration for women who’ve conquered breast cancer and hairline reconstruction for women post-chemo. It is my goal and the goal of Union Beauty Lab to provide personalized luxury services for women by women.

We tend to spend our lives doing so much for others that we end up neglecting ourselves. We must remember the importance of investing in ourselves while we take care of others. Union provides a luxury space in which you can be empowered to give back AND Ask for what you want.”

ABOUT UNION BEAUTY LAB MICROBLADING

While we’re up for surprises, we do not feel like brows is an area that welcomes the unexpected, so that’s why we educate our clients beforehand. Explaining what to expect during both the treatment and the healing period prior to beginning the treatment puts our clients at ease.

To give you the perfect brows to fit your unique facial structure, we rely on art and science (not a stencil). We do this by first measuring several points of your bone structure, then we use an industry secret mathematic formula, referred to as the “The Golden Ratio”, and this ensures both balance and symmetry.

Once we’ve established the perfect shape and size, we apply a topical anesthetic cream, which keeps our clients relaxed throughout the procedure. Once the anesthetic has taken effect, the microblading process begins.

Our expertly trained technicians use a manual technique to deposit vegan friendly pigment in the top layers of the skin. When done by an expertly trained professional in a precise pattern, the results are a spectacularly life-like work of art.
