Advanced Permanent Makeup Training in Dallas
Personalized education for PMU artists ready to refine their work.
Union Beauty School is evolving.
Rather than large beginner classes, training at Union Beauty Lab now focuses on private and semi-private permanent makeup education for working artists who already understand the fundamentals and are ready to strengthen their technique, decision-making, and confidence.
Training is held inside Union Beauty Lab in Las Colinas, Irving, near Dallas, Texas, and is best suited for artists who have already completed foundational PMU training and have begun working with real clients.
You don't need to start over.
You need someone experienced beside you who can spot the details you may not see yet.
Private + Semi-Private PMU Training
Select training opportunities are offered in one-to-one and two-to-one formats, allowing the experience to be shaped around your current work, challenges, and goals.
Training may focus on brows, lips, or a specific area of refinement, depending on your experience and what you want to improve.
Brow Training
Brow-focused training may include:
Nano brow technique
Hairstroke refinement
Brow pattern development
Stroke placement
Depth, pressure, and retention
Working with existing permanent makeup
Brow correction strategy
Skin assessment and technique selection
Consultation and treatment planning
Lip Training
Lip-focused training may include:
Lip blush technique
Dark lip neutralization
Lip assessment and treatment planning
Color theory and pigment selection
Saturation and layering
Border control and shape refinement
Managing uneven tone
Healing expectations and session planning
Consultation language and client education
The goal is not to move every artist through the same curriculum.
It's to identify what is keeping your work from reaching its next level and focus there.
Perfection Training + Artist Shadowing
Sometimes the fastest way to improve is to watch an experienced artist work in real time.
Select Perfection Training and Artist Shadowing opportunities allow PMU artists to observe the decisions that happen throughout an actual treatment day at Union Beauty Lab.
Depending on the day, that may mean observing a brow case, a lip blush treatment, dark lip neutralization, consultation, correction planning, or another real-world client scenario.
The goal isn't simply to watch a procedure.
It's to understand why each decision is being made.
Why one stroke belongs somewhere, and another doesn't.
Why one lip requires a different pigment strategy than another.
Why previous work changes the treatment plan.
And why restraint can sometimes create a better healed result than doing more.
Those decisions are often what separate an artist who knows the steps from an artist who truly understands her craft.
Who This Training Is For
Union Beauty School is designed primarily for permanent makeup artists who have already completed foundational training and are now somewhere in the first few years of building their career.
You may already have paying clients.
You may already be creating good work.
But you know there are areas where you want more control, better healed results, stronger consultations, or greater confidence in your decisions.
You don't necessarily need another certification.
You need experienced eyes on your work, honest feedback, and focused guidance on the areas that will make the greatest difference.
